Villa VIS 1
PRICE INCLUDES:
- Week accommodation for up to 10
- The use of all facilities in vila
- Utilities are included for water, gas and electricity up to 300 kw
- Stock kitchen items with initial basic items, such as herbs and spices, sugar, tea, flour and other staples
- Initial complimentary line of natural Croatian bath amenities(not replenished)
- One set of high quality bath and bed linen per person
- Personal welcome to the villa, including house introductory tour and explanation of all amenities and the surrounding area
- Weekly linen and towel change (please see mandatory cleaning fee)
- Weekly maid service (please see mandatory cleaning fee)

- Tourist tax (1 eur/person/day)

- Air-conditioning and central heating
- A fee of 0.45 eur per kw for usage over 300 kw is charged upon departure. Please note that 300kw is ample for normal electrical consumption, including conscientious use of air conditioning.
- Mandatory cleaning fee: 150 eur per week is payable with final payment. The service includes 4 hours midweek cleaning, Saturday cleaning 4 hours (including bedding and towel changes) and final cleaning.

Refundable Security Deposit:
The guests are asked to provide 1000 eur on arrival in cash.The deposit is returned at the end of the stay if the villa is left in good condition and there is no breakage or damage to in the indoors or outdoors.

NOTES:
- The change day is Saturday, check in at 16:00, check out at 10:00.

The charming interiors span on 3 levels of indoor/outdoor living space, with beautiful terraces and large floor-to-ceiling sea-view windows. The living rooms have been cozily decorated to provide warm and intimate atmosphere. Villa Vis is the place where nature melts with your soul.
The GROUND FLOOR SUITE is the heart of the house with spacious fireplaced living room whose rustic wooden oak floors, oak ceiling beams and rich fabrics reflect a spirit of antiquity and dining room. It has two luxurious bedrooms with wooden oak floors (king size double and twin), each with its own en-suite bathroom plus an additional guest bathroom with laundry, with the internal wide oakwood stairs access to the Top Floor. The gourmet kitchen on the ground floor level has all the amenities and equipment for the home chef.
The FIRST FLOOR SUITE with separate private entrance has one double king size bedroom with wooden oak floors , with bathroom and spacious living room. The additional, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor makes dining upstairs or down easy.
The GARDEN LEVEL SUITE has 2 Bedrooms, with glass doors opening to the garden in the first bedroom (furnished with king size bed) and second bedroom (furnished with twin beds), full shared bathroom and small kitchenette suitable for breakfast or light supper. This is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples.
All windows, as well as all floor-to-ceiling doors have mosquito screens. The villa is well appointed, fully airconditioned and highly comfortable.
Almost every room in the villa enjoys a sea view. You will also enjoy the large stone indoor fireplace.
VILLA OUTDOORS
Villa's lovely native gardens and spacious terraces offer plenty of outdoor living space to compliment the roomy interior. Outdoor dining on upper and lower terraces, furnished with comfortable lounges, tables and chairs, plus a large outdoor kitchen and terrace with stone fireplace complete the vision of Villa.
Down the path through the garden leads you to a stairway directly to the sea with flat stone beach suitable for lounge chairs, great swimming with stair access and mooring for your boat.
Olive groves, lavender and flower gardens overlooking the sea, provide the true Mediterranean atmosphere and perfect relaxation.
