REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The guests are asked to provide 1000 eur on arrival in cash (refundable on the check out day).

NOTES:
- Groundfloor can be closed for smaller groups.
- The change day is Saturday, check in at 16:00, check out at 10:00.
- Guests are asked for a refundable €1000 deposit at check-in. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay if the villa is left in good condition and there is no breakage or damage to in the indoors or outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed
- No smoking allowed in the villa.
- Please note that the Villa does not include air conditioning, but guests find the fans, open air design and cool interiors very comfortable.
SPECIAL NOTE ON SOLAR SYSTEM:
- The villa has a robust solar system with solar panels to charge the batteries, which supply the electricity. All lights, appliances and power outlets are powered by these large capacity batteries. The villa also has a generator. The villa does not allow the usage of high wattage appliances.
The amazing villa Brac 4 is situated in the Duboka Bay, near Milna village on the island Brac. The surrounding is a true paradise, providing more than just a holiday. Breathtaking views, stunning setting,local artwork, unique architecture, lovely pool, direct access to the private and distinctive Duboka Bay sea, make Villa the perfect island experience.
Situated above the bay, the villa provides stunning views to Hvar and Vis islands.
Enjoy the seclusion and casual luxury of the villa and Duboka Bay – coffee on the terrace at sunrise, sunbathing with a good book by the bay and local wine in the evening on the pool terrace.
Villa is first row to the sea. Private stairs leed to the small beach and the private bathing platform.
Each level of Villa, from the pool to the 3rd floor roof terrace, has unique design features and stunning views over Duboka Bay to Hvar and VIS islands. The broad pool terrace is fine local Brac stonework, the best in the world. The entire wall of floor to ceiling glass on the main living level creates true indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
Villa has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It sleeps 14+ comfortably. Each floor has separate spacious living areas and terraces.
The ground floor has two completely private living areas separated by lockable door. Both have spacious living rooms opening onto the pool terrace. One side has a kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathroom. The other side has 1 bedroom plus bathroom.
The first floor has a large gourmet kitchen and open air living area with folding glass curtains opening onto the large terrace overlooking Duboka Bay. There are also 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms this floor including a master en-suite.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms separated by a lovely private terrace perfect for sun bathing, evening star gazing and morning coffee with spectacular 180 degree view of the sea and islands.
Villa uses solar power for electricity and hot water and generator for back up power and large appliances. Please note that Villa does not include air conditioning, but guests find the fans, open air design and cool interiors very comfortable.
Milna Harbor is less than 3 kilometers away, with outdoor market, fresh fish from the fishing boats, bakery, harborside cafes, grocery shops, konobas, restaurants and beaches.
