EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE VILLA
Peljesac peninsula, the second largest peninsula in Croatia, is situated on south east of Dalmatia, half way between Dubrovnik and Split. The largest city on this peninsula is Orebic, and it is in Orebic where you can find our Villa.
Orebic offers wonderful beachside promenades, palm trees, white beaches and rich forests. Just a short ferryboat trip from Orebic, find the island of Korcula and the city of the same name.
Situated at the entrance to this historic city, this breathtaking beach-front property spans across a surface of some 12.000 m2. The whole property is ideal for the guests who prefer complete privacy. The villa stands in extensive, beautifully maintained gardens and terraces and, practically, can not be seen from around.
The property is located just above the fine pebble beach, approached by private stairs, which span across several gardens and terraces. At the bottom of the stairs, you can find the storage for beach facilities as well as protected gate.
Our guests have on disposal a full size football pitch, large private parking and a poolside barbecue with dining table. The amazing location of large swimming pool, surrounded by the sun deck chairs, offers outstanding views to the nearby islands and the sea.
The main approach to this sumptuous villa is throughout the garden. The villa itself has only ground floor. In front of the villa, there is a large charming terrace, furnished with dining table with chairs and luxurious lounges, where you will enjoy having the cocktails or dining al fresco. Each detail in and outside the villa is decorated with style and touch of luxury.
This stunning property, located in the enviable position, is furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout.
The villa is divided into 2 wings and the CENTRAL PART of the villa consists of very spacious living and dining areas, which are open to the terraces and the garden, allowing lot of natural light inside. The whole interior is luxuriously furnished, in order to provide as much luxury as comfort to our guests.
The modern and spacious kitchen is excellently equipped and makes the central area of the villa. The dining room has very large table for 16 people and the direct access to the main terrace. From the dining area, you enter the spacious and very cozy living room with fireplace, comfortable couches and sofas, as well as cocktail corner. There is a telescope to observe the magnificent surrounding.
The villa has 8 bedrooms to accommodate up to 16 guests.
The RIGHT WING of the villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, all air conditioned and with en suite toilets . The Master room is the biggest, housing also the comfortable couch and the glass work desk. The Master bathroom is extremely spacious, divided into the part with stunning bathtub and the part with the shower tub.
The LEFT WING also has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets (one is shared). Two of the rooms can be connected into the family bedroom. Each room has a SAT TV.
